7.3.19 Got a whole chicken at Stater Brothers and asked the butcher to cut it spatchcock style. Wanted to try something new, and feed a few friends to celebrate life. It turned out to be juicy, flavorful and our friends enjoyed dinner the Friday of 4th of July weekend.
