Over the past 40+ days of being home, I have evolved from having to adjust to the notion of working from home to actually enjoying working from home and spending evenings cooking either with my husband or for my husband and me. I have found it to be absolutely pleasurable to re-discover this hobby, one from which I have been somewhat removed for a few years since work took me and my husband on the road. It's reminding me of the time we lived in Templeton Wine Country, where we made home-cooked meals more than we ate out. I'm thankful for this time.
